We typically start our service in the evenings after 7 PM. However, we can provide a customized schedule based on your community’s needs.

Do you provide residents with a trash can?

Yes! We provide each resident with a trash can for their use each night, ensuring a convenient and organized waste collection process.

How do you handle violations?

We strive to be understanding when it comes to violations, as they are typically rare. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis in coordination with property management to find the best solution.

What are your service rates?

Our rate is $20 per unit per month, which includes the provision of the trash can and regular valet pickup service.

Do you do bulk pickup?

At this time, we do not offer bulk pickup services. However, it’s something we hope to provide in the future!

What holidays do you observe?

We operate on all holidays except for Christmas Day, ensuring that your community remains clean throughout the year.
