At Emerald Waste Solutions, I provide the very best valet trash pickup service in the industry. Here’s how it works:

Service Overview: I will arrive at your community between our agreed-upon times, going door to door to collect trash from each tenant. Residents are asked to place their provided trash can outside their door about 30 minutes to an hour before pickup. I’ll remove the bag from the can, along with any additional bags placed on top or around it.

To minimize mess in shared areas, it’s recommended that tenants place their bags inside the can, with one bag on top. However, I’m happy to collect any extra bags around the can as needed. Once collected, I will transport the bags to the community’s compactor or dumpster area for disposal.

Schedule: I typically provide trash pickup five nights a week, ensuring that your community remains tidy. The only holiday I do not operate on is Christmas Day. I do not call-out or not run service. You can count on me to be there each and every night.

Pricing: My rate is $20 per unit per month, which includes the trash can provided by Emerald Waste Solutions.

Recycling: Emerald strives to reflect the vision of the community being served. If you have recycling bins in place, I am happy to provide your residents with recycling bags which can be placed alongside trash and I will dispose of them accordingly.
